COVID-19 Precautions

To ensure the safety of our carers and those in need of care, all carers are required to be vaccinated completely before continuing to provide care with care aid.

Vaccinations against COVID-19

From October onward, vaccination will be essential for all carers on care aids platform. We also record all care sessions that are booked through the care aid platform to ensure that in the case were a confirm case is identified. All parties will be notified so that appropriate actions can be taken.

Training

A minimum level of training is required for all carers within the care aid network. All qualifications can be viewed within carer profiles to ensure the carers you connect with are qualified for your needs.

Mandatory qualifications

Care aid requires minimum qualifications for each category of worker presented on the platform. All nurses are qualified nurses ensuring that only the best care is provided. All carers are required to have a minimum of level 3 first aid qualifications.

All carers are required to undergo mandatory checks to ensure they are qualified to provide care to those in need.
