Unlike other options which requires you to hand over your autonomy, with self-managed home care packages you remain complete autonomy in that you can choose exactly what you need and when you need it.
Whilst self-managing can be a great way to ensure you have the say you want, you still retain the support fo your home care package provides. In combination with Care Aid, self-managing your home care has never been easier. Once you sign up for Care Aid you can browse carers and start taking control of your care. Find workers you like, agree to an hourly rate and set dates and times for them to come to deliver their services.
